Live animal policy

We ship our animals across Canada. International shipping orders on animals is possible - usually for 30 or more animals at a time. Over 200 animals available yearly. Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and will vary depending on your order. I usually will only use Reptile Runner to ship.

Holds on animals are accepted with a 25% nonrefundable down payment. We will hold an animal until payment is completed in full and weather permitting to ship. Payment plans can be arranged.

We guarantee live upon arrival. If there is any issue with the animal, you must contact us right away upon animal pick up. Once the animal has arrived safe and sound in your possession, the health and safety of the animal is your responsibility.

Snake Sexing Policy

All our babies are popped at birth, probed at about a month old, and reprobed once put up for sale. We may also re-sex the animal at pick up if requested. That being said, it is very rare but sometimes animals can be mis-sexed and sold as the wrong gender. I cannot guarantee the gender but if ever it is the wrong sex and I have another similar snake of the right sex that I can replace him with, I will gladly do so. Please understand, unless it is a proven breeder, no one can guarantee sex of your animal at 100% accuracy.
